14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
